From the moment you enter, you'll be greeted by a light-filled hallway leading to the open-plan living and dining area. Unwind by the electric fireplace on cooler nights, surrounded by stylish modern furnishings. The dining space seats six, making it ideal for shared meals and conversation.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals. Off the kitchen, you'll also find a laundry with a washer/dryer combo for your convenience.
Down the hallway, the family bathroom features both a bath and a shower, with a separate toilet for added practicality. All three bedrooms are beautifully appointed with queen-size beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone.
Step outside to the fully fenced backyard, perfect for relaxing afternoons or safe play for children. The home also offers a secure single lock-up garage with an EV charging point.
Situated in a peaceful pocket of Cheltenham, this property combines a quiet suburban setting with easy access to local attractions, shops, and public transport.
