For bookings of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is recommended. You can choose to receive a Refresh & Restock and Full Clean for $120. For extended stays, cleaning services will be tailored to ensure our team can periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property, keeping it in top condition throughout your stay.
We respectfully ask that you review the house rules before confirming your reservation and adhere to them throughout your stay. Please be aware that parties or events of any nature will not be permitted. Non-compliance with this regulation will result in eviction from the premises and charges for any necessary damage or extra cleaning. We appreciate your cooperation in advance!
Lost keys will result in a fine of $250.
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:
• Strictly no smoking indoors – A $300 fine will apply for any breach.
• Please do not damage the towels/bed sheets with makeup or blood. A $50 fine applies for each damaged item.
•Please respect the property and clean up before check-out.
•No parties or events are allowed under any circumstances.
•Lost keys or remotes will incur a $250 replacement fee.
•If you miss your scheduled check-in, a callout/delivery fee of $50–$100 will apply for re-coordination.
