The apartment is comfortable, the bed and bathroom and laundry facilities were great. Sofa uncomfortable but I’ve yet to find a comfy sofa in any rental. Area perfect, also on the red cat line. One thing even though it has a balcony you can’t really use it as it faces roof tops of all the office buildings opposite and the noise of the aircon is very loud. Perth is a great city to explore. Having to pick up your keys from Cloudbnb is a pain especially when you are met with indifference and no previous instructions. We were given the wrong keys and had to taxi back again (30)to the office with all our luggage etc after 2 days travel, to no apology just are you sure and these are cleaners so they’ll be ok. At no time did our “host” check to see if indeed everything was ok. It’s the little things that matter most and whilst I’d recommend the apartment I wouldn’t recommend the getting into it. Heaven knows how things would have happened out of hours. Unfortunately our phones weren’t working at that point so we couldn’t make a call to the office or we would have done. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Perth and the apartment worked well for our needs.
