Many upgrades-Home away from home- Vacation Rental 403 is a SILVER rated, fourth-floor vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This spacious 4th floor condo has a very comfortable decor with many updates. It includes a private Gulf front balcony that is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. The balcony has a direct view of our sparkling, sugar sand beach. 403 has an updated, full size and fully equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat screen color cable televisions in living room, master bedroom and third bedroom. Free wireless internet access. Telephone with free local calls. Sleeping accommodations include a king in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and 1 queen bed in the third bedroom. Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Washer/dryer. No smoking. Two parking spaces. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Maximum occupancy: 8.

Always a great experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The condo was clean, in need of some updating, but comfortable and fit our needs. We had a minor maintenance issue our first night and it was taken care first thing the next morning. The view is stunning and just what we were hoping for. I didn’t use the pool or the hot tub so I can’t attest to their condition. Walking distance to restaurants, ice cream and shops. Trolley stop is right out front as well.
