This home requires a minimum 30 day rental.



Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking.

For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.

The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.

Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size.

Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Indio, the "City of Festivals," Casa Terra Lago sits near popular events like Coachella and Stagecoach. The area offers scenic hiking trails, golf courses, great local dining, and boutique shopping.



Indio’s location off Interstate 10 makes it easy to explore nearby cities like Palm Springs, Palm Desert, and La Quinta, as well as natural attractions like Joshua Tree National Park and the Salton Sea. With over 300 days of sunshine a year, it’s a perfect place to relax or explore.



Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

Free high-speed Wi-Fi (50+ Mbps) is available throughout the house, including the back patio and pool area. Cable TV with streaming services is also provided, though cable channel availability may vary.



Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.



To reach the property, drive to the end of Terra Lago Parkway and check in with the gate security.
