Guests have their own entry from the downstairs front deck, and will have full use of the downstairs suite, plus exclusive use of the front downstairs deck.
There are three bedrooms for your comfort.
Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed with TV.
Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed, with access to a jack-and-jill bathroom, shared with Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 has two single beds.
The living room has a large TV with Chromecast, WiiU console & games, DVD player with selection of movies.
Ensuite between Bedrooms 2 & 3 has a good sized shower.
Main bathroom features shower-in-tub plus clothes washer.
Kitchen has a full sized stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave and espresso machine.
Fold down gate-leg table with 6 stacking chairs are available for inside dining.
The spacious covered deck has a chaise lounge, table and benches suitable for dining for 6, and Weber BBQ.
Arrawarra Headland has a public boat ramp and day parking for boat trailers.
