Ground Level
The expansive open-plan living area is the heart of the home, featuring a stunning gas fireplace, a beautifully furnished lounge, a dining space, and a state-of-the-art kitchen with a fully equipped butler’s pantry. A separate laundry and guest toilet adds convenience, ensuring a seamless stay.
On the other side of the double-story glass atrium, you’ll find three generous bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with huge hot tub, and a separate lounge/media room—perfect for relaxation or entertainment.
Upper Level
For those needing to work remotely, the private upstairs study area offers a quiet and comfortable space with plenty of natural light.

We require our guests to be considerate and mindful of noise, particularly during quiet hours, 10pm – 7am.

Strictly no parties or large gatherings. Violation of this will result in immediate eviction without refund at the host's decision

If excess rubbish has been left onsite or the rubbish collection was missed, we may have to charge a $100 rubbish removal fee depending on whether I need to get a handyman to remove.

Pets not allowed on furniture
Pets to be kept under control and not disturb Neighbours
Pets not to be left alone at home for extended periods (more than 3hrs)
Guests are liable for any and all any damages by the pet including but not limited to will not scratch the doors/walls, urinating of pooing inside, staining carpets or rugs or furniture, leaving a doggy smell in the house, chewing furniture, digging holes in the garden or other things that dogs can do to damage property.
