Available for long-term stays (minimum 2-month booking required), this fully furnished 3-bedroom bungalow is your home away from home. Situated in coveted Ryan’s Park, the home offers views of Lower Reach Park and the Rideau River.

Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to schools, shops, restaurants, and more. Whether you're here for work, family, or a change of scenery, everything you need is included - furniture, kitchen essentials, utilities, and high-speed wifi.

Guests will have full access to the entire main floor and basement, with the exception of one locked room in the basement that is off-limits. You will be the sole occupants of the home throughout your stay, ensuring complete privacy.

Parking is free on a private driveway with space for up to four cars. You will have access to indoor parking on one half of the double garage - the other half is used for storage by the Owner. The garage also boasts an additional fridge for your convenience.

Laundry facilities (washer and dryer) are located in the basement; please bring your own detergent and laundry supplies.

You will also have access to the deck and backyard. While all patio furniture is stored away for the winter season, the gas BBQ on the deck remains available for use. Please note that the hot tub is closed for the winter and is not accessible during your stay.

High-speed wifi is provided throughout the home. Check-in is self-service via a keypad lock, allowing for a flexible and contactless arrival and departure.

The home is equipped with a monitored alarm system including two external cameras for your safety and piece of mind.
