Hazel Beach House with ocean views

Hazel Beach House is a spacious holiday home accommodating up to 10 guests. Nestled near the dunes at beautiful Goolwa Beach, this property boasts delightful ocean views, creating the perfect backdrop for a memorable and relaxing family getaway.

Located in Goolwa Beach, this lovely home is near the famous drive-on beach. Given its location on the high side of Hazel Street, it allows for amazing sea views over the coastline.
The house accommodates a maximum of 10 people across 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas. Upstairs along with a large kitchen, living and dining is the master bedroom with king bed and 2 way ensuite. You can lay in bed on a lazy Sunday, in fact any day, and look out to the ocean. The sea views will have you sitting for hours mesmerised by the divine coastal ambiance. The kitchen enjoys open plan living. While you are cooking, you can entertain guests in the family room and walk straight out onto the large ocean facing balcony where you can sit with your favourite beverage and enjoy the views of ocean and sand dunes to your heart`s content.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, with queen bed in bedroom 2, double bed and trundle bed in bedroom 3 and a queen bed in bedroom 4. There is a large family bathroom and separate laundry on this level, as well as the the 2nd living area, complete with large smart TV, DVD and PS3 console.
All bed linen and bath towels are included so you can arrive and unwind stress-free. Goolwa Golf Course, the wharf prescient, and the Goolwa nature playground are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area`s natural beauty can explore Tokuremoar Reserve.
There are also an abundance of places to eat or enjoy a morning coffee and wineries to explore in the nearby currency Creek region.
One well behaved dog is welcome to holiday with you. There is a $75 pet fee payable so please advise us when a pet is coming with you.
Strictly no parties or events and no smoking anywhere on the property. Do not book this house if you or anyone coming with you, are smokers or vapers. A $500 fine will apply for non compliance with unapproved event or smoking.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
