This quintessential beachfront holiday home still has the relaxed “shack” vibe from yesteryear but with all the modern essentials for a very comfortable stay.
Located on Basham’s Parade at Horseshoe Bay, you are just moments from the sand and the waves.
Enjoy morning coffee on the balcony or walk 300m to the Flying Fish Cafe for a coffee after your morning swim.
Browse the shops on The Strand just a 10 min walk away or enjoy a meal out at your choice of pubs, cafe's and restaurants.
The house itself is ideally suited for family groups with 5 single beds across two bedrooms downstairs sharing a spacious living area with billiards table and main bathroom. There is also a second fridge in this space and plenty of beach and back yard toys.
Upstairs you’ll find two more queen sized bedrooms and another 1.5 bathrooms.
The kitchen and living area are spacious and will easily seat the whole group for meals inside or outside on the balcony.
There is a gas Weber bbq for those that like to grill.
*All bed linen and towels are provided
*Strictly no smoking anywhere on the property
*No parties
* One dog is permitted with permission. Non shedding only. Dogs that shed a lot of hair take a lot longer to clean up after. Dogs not allowed on couches or in bedrooms. A $75 pet fee applies to bring your dog with you.
*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions.
Via locked box or being met in person.
We are nearby if you need us but otherwise you will have the place to yourselves
The house is located near the bike path that takes you to Middleton or you can walk/ cycle into the main shopping and cafe area of Port Elliot for boutique shopping and eateries
You can walk or bicycle almost everywhere now the local area.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
