With multiple living and alfresco areas, this estate is designed for connection, relaxation, and comfort—just 10 minutes from cellar doors and the town centre.
The main Guesthouse blends warmth, space, and scenic charm, inviting you to slow down from the moment you arrive. Start your day on the sun-drenched front patio, then step inside to a sunken lounge with plush leather seating, a gas fireplace, and a wall-mounted TV—perfect for laid-back afternoons. Just beyond, the open-plan living and dining area flows into a sleek kitchen framed by expansive valley views. From breakfast to sunset platters, shared meals here feel truly memorable.

Slide open the doors to two distinct outdoor zones made for unwinding. One deck captures sweeping valley views and offers shaded space for alfresco dining. The other features a bubbling hot tub and a servery window to the indoor bar, complete with a sink and mini fridge. A sparkling pool, BBQ, and lounge area invite all-day relaxation, while festoon lights, a ceiling fan, and an outdoor TV set the mood for cosy evenings under the stars.

With multiple living zones and four spacious bedrooms, the Guesthouse is perfect for families or groups. The elevated primary suite offers a king bed, walk-in robe, spa-style ensuite, and private balcony. A separate guest wing includes two queen bedrooms with a Jack and Jill ensuite and its own lounge. A fourth queen bedroom sits near a third bathroom and a full laundry. Ducted heating and cooling ensure year-round comfort.

Set privately at the rear of the estate, the Retreat is a fully self-contained one-bedroom hideaway—ideal for couples, grandparents, or guests seeking extra privacy. It features an open-plan living area with a smart TV, compact kitchen with a coffee machine and dishwasher, and a king bedroom with split-system climate control and an adjacent bathroom and washer.

Outdoors, the Retreat’s exclusive courtyard includes sun loungers, a BBQ, and a Balinese-inspired bath nook surrounded by bamboo and greenery. A private fire pit offers the perfect place to unwind beneatfh Mudgee’s starry skies.

Please note that while we welcome pets, the yard is not fully secured, and dogs must not be left unattended at any time. For those travelling with little ones, a high chair and a portacot are available on request. Extra pillows and blankets are available for extra comfort.
