Overall, we loved this unit and the property! The owner/listing agent was incredibly responsive.
A few notes:
In the heart of the boardwalk and a short walk to anything you want to do. I loved that there was a coffee shop in the lower floor of our building.
If you're an ice cream fan, try the ice cream bar with the swings - Quore Gelato, or Puffle's ice cream.
The unit was spacious and quiet. Note, you'll need to ask the front desk for any "extras" - towels, wash clothes, trash bags, sheets, pillows, etc. The unit only had bedding on the master suite and there were just a couple of towels and washcloths when we arrived. An easy fix, just make sure you do inventory before you're ready to shower or jump into bed.
The 2nd bedroom of this unit is classified as a "den" at the hotel. Therefore, they will tell you at check-in that you are in a one-bedroom unit. There is a door to the den, with a pull-out couch, but there is not a 2nd closet. Both pull-out couches were VERY comfortable for sleeping.
We left a few beach toys and cooler behind; the unit also had an umbrella and two beach chairs in it.
If you need to do laundry, the hotel recommended using the "Hamper" service (download the app).
There is a regular coffee pot, that came with two coffee packs, and a Nespresso.
The patio has a partial ocean view.
The rooftop pool is great and a perfect spot to hide on windy days. You cannot bring your own food/beverages into the pool area. They have a full bar and food menu.
I would definitely stay in this unit again!
