Eltham House is a brand new luxury residence located in the beautiful Blue Mountains. The luxury 5 bedroom home provides couples or families with everything needed for a luxurious weekend or longer stay, including fully appointed kitchen, bathroom and laundry.
A Jetmaster gas fire, reverse cycle aircon and underfloor heating in the bathrooms ensuring a cozy stay.
Centrally located with a 5 minute walk to town and hiking trails at your doorstep as well as world renowned rock climbing.

Ground Floor
Bedroom 1 - 1 x King Bed with ensuite including a large walk-in shower and toilet
Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single beds
Bedroom 3- 1x Queen Bed and Ensuite with Walk-in shower and toilet.

First Floor
Bedroom 4 - 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 5 - 1 x King Bed with Ensuite with walk-in shower, bath and toilet. Walk-in wardrobe.

Bathroom 1 - separate bath and toilet


KITCHEN
There is an 600mm oven,
dishwasher, Butler's pantry with microwave and Laundry including washing machine and dryer. Separate Wine cellar with wine and fridge ample glasses.

ENTERTAINMENT
There is a Smart TV in the upstairs lounge area

Heating and Cooing
Reverse cycle airconditioning throughout and front lounge room with Log gas fireplace.


PARKING
There is no parking in the garage. Ample off-street parking in drive as well street parking available.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please note the tariff is based on 6 guests. If you have more than 6 staying, please enter the correct number to get the correct tariff. Maximum 10 guests.

All long weekends are a minimum 3-night stay, all public holidays are charged at the weekend tariff and Easter is a minimum 4-night stay.

All beds will be made with quality linen before your arrival including doonas, pillows, bath towels, bath mats & hand towels. Tea towels are also provided for the kitchen.

Respect for our neighbours is paramount so we ask that noise be kept to a respectful level while in residence. In addition, please enter and leave the property quietly.

Please note and respect that Eltham House is not a "party house". Thank you.

Guest Access:
The whole house is available to the guests. Unfortunately this doesn’t include the garage.
