With direct lake frontage and your own private jetty, this is a true haven for families and friends seeking a laid-back coastal experience.

Upstairs, the home features four bedrooms—all positioned to welcome the morning light. The master suite includes a private ensuite and lake outlook, while the remaining rooms are styled simply for comfort. The main bathroom with shower, bath and toilet is also on this floor. A cosy upstairs lounge with wood fireplace invites you to unwind with a book after a day on the water, and the open plan design allows the views to be enjoyed from your seat.

Downstairs, a generous rumpus room becomes a games lover’s dream, complete with a kitchenette, pool table, and poker table—perfect for rainy days or evening entertainment. Laundry facilities are located on this level.

Step outside to the lakefront, where the water is just metres from your door. Spend your days fishing from the jetty, or simply enjoying a quiet barbecue as the sun sets over the shimmering lake. The peaceful setting is ideal for reconnecting with nature, yet only a short drive from beaches, bushwalks, and the charm of nearby Milton.

- This home is absolute lakefront and unfenced. Please take care with young children near the water's edge.
- Firewood is not supplied.
