The Space:
Spacious for 4, accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
A fantastic location fused with modern and heritage architectural facades dating back to the 1800's.
This spacious self-contained 2-BEDROOM apartment unit houses a master bedroom with a double bed. A second bedroom with a double bed. A cozy bathroom. A very spacious living area with a comfy 3-seater sofa bed that folds out to a double. A kitchen and dining. Complimentary coffee and tea. A laundry area with a washer, dryer, iron and an ironing board. The apartment also includes a private balcony with city views.
This fully equipped and furnished 56sqm home is ready to go with:
• A 50-inch LCD TV
• Air conditioning and heating
• Free wireless Wi-Fi

The Neighborhood:
Awesome and extremely convenient surroundings. We're situated on Spencer Street right next to the Southern Cross train station with access to everything all under the one roof.
Enjoy the convenience of Woolworths Express, over 40 retail stores and cafes, with direct access to Marvel Stadium, Melbourne's Docklands precinct, the CBD and Spencer Outlet Centre.
There are tons of things to do in the city itself which are mostly a quick stroll away.
I've included most of my favorite places and more in my extensive "Local Recommendations Guidebook" on this listings page, so please feel free to check em' out for awesome things to do and eat in the CBD area.
Getting Around:
Needless to say, surrounded by trams, cabs, buses and situated right next to the Southern Cross station, getting around is not going to be a problem at all.
Hop on board the Skybus which provides a quick, convenient and cost effective way to get to and from the airport.
Access to the Overland rail service TrainLink XPT.
Coach services to Melbourne Airport and Avalon Airport, as well as regional Victorian and interstate destinations.
Europcar, Budget and Avis rental car depots are just opposite the building in the Southern Cross station, so picking up and dropping off a rental car is super easy!
There is also a tram stop right outside the main entrance on Spencer Street.
Most importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.
If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “SOUTHERN CROSS STATION CAR PARK” or otherwise known as “WILSON PARKING” - 163-235 Spencer St, which is a 4min walk away from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.
If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.
Other Things to Note:
Key collection will be at an off-site location nearby.
For luggage storage before or after your stay, Southern Cross Station offers lockers ranging from AU$10-16 for 24 hours. Alternatively, BnB Concierge at Shop 3/200 Spencer St provides storage for AU$8 per bag.
This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 6 overnight. Any more than 4 adult guests overnight will attract an extra AU$29 per night, per additional guest.
The 5th and 6th guests will sleep on the 3-seater sofa bed, which folds out to a double.
Sofa bed dimensions are as follows:
• Width: 200cm, Depth: 85cm, Height: 80cm
• Bed width: 140cm, Bed length: 200cm
Let us know ahead of time if you’re traveling with more than 4 guests.
