Welcome to our 4-season cottage, with all the functionality of a full-time home in Woodland Beach, Tiny.
In the summer, one street away from the crystal blue waters of Woodland Beach and 15 minutes from a boat launch. In the winter, 30-minute drive to ski hills, such as Snow Valley, Mount St Louis, and Horseshoe Valley, and 40 minutes to Blue Mountain. We are 30 minutes from Collingwood and 1 h 30 min from Toronto.
The space:
In this 1 and a half story home, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing time. On the main floor, you'll find a spacious bedroom, along with a 3-piece bathroom with a walk-in shower. The large eat-in kitchen is perfect for family gatherings. The kitchen provides plenty of space for a family gathering and offers easy access to the back deck, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxation. The main living space has large picturesque windows, filling the area with natural light. A cozy gas fireplace with a brick surround and built-ins creates a warm, inviting atmosphere.
The second floor offers two additional bedrooms, providing room for guests.
One of the standout features is the beautiful sunroom, lined in pine, offering a serene space to enjoy gentle breezes and the peaceful sound of rainstorms. The outdoor living spaces are equally impressive, with a large front deck perfect for entertaining and a back deck ideal for dining and enjoying sunny afternoons. This home offers access from two roads with lots of parking.
Maximum occupancy is up to 6 guests including children.
In the summer, we will have the patio sets available.
Guest access:
You have full access to the place except for some Restricted area:
1. Basement ( storage and workshop are locked) You can use the laundry in the basement.
2. Sheds
Minimum Stay: Based on the Township's ByLaw for Short Term Rental, a minimum of 6 consecutive days
between April 15 – October 15 .
