We truly appreciate you flagging the issues with the basement temperature and the bed frame. Since your stay, we’ve taken this feedback seriously and have installed a brand-new furnace to ensure the entire home—including the basement bedrooms—is consistently warm and comfortable during the winter months. We’re also working on the issue regarding the bedframe as well, so it does not continue to be an issue moving forward. We’re sorry for the discomfort your guests experienced, and we appreciate you bringing these items to our attention so we could address them. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we’re confident these updates have significantly improved the winter stay experience.
