Welcome to your serene sanctuary in the heart of Edge Hill. This beautifully modernized home offers two-level family living with seamless indoor and outdoor spaces designed for comfort and style. Wake up to tranquil vistas of the Botanic Gardens and Whitfield Conservation Park, and enjoy easy access to the vibrant Collins Avenue village, art centers and walking tracks.
The well-appointed kitchen features timber bifold servery windows opening onto the rear entertainer’s deck, perfect for poolside dining and gatherings. Relax in the separate garden gazebo overlooking the sparkling pool or unwind in the designer family bathroom complete with a freestanding bathtub.
The upstairs master suite features a comfortable queen bed and a spacious walk-in robe and dressing room. The second bedroom upstairs offers a cozie double bed, while the third bedroom has a single bed—the only room without air conditioning. Downstairs, there is a queen bedroom and two long singles that can be combined into a king bed upon request.
Timber louvers throughout the home allow cool breezes and natural light to circulate freely. With bathrooms on both levels, an internal staircase, and ample undercover and off-street parking, this home blends convenience with privacy.
