This immaculate, single-story 4BD home is perched atop a hill on Truro's very desirable oceanside--less than 0.2 mi to beloved Ballston Beach!

Enter an open and bright main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. Plenty of windows, sliders to the back deck and a skylight in the kitchen create a warm and inviting space perfect for your Truro getaway!

The living room has comfortable seating and a large flat screen smart TV with cable. Beyond the living room is the dining area with large table and room for everybody. A slider from the dining area leads to the back deck.

Just beyond the dining area is the nicely-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a solid surface range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and drip coffeemaker. The large center island provides plenty of workspace. A slider from the kitchen leads to the back deck.

The home has four bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom two has two twins and an ensuite half bathroom. Bedroom three has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Bedroom four has a full bed and direct access to a bathroom with tub/shower (also accessed from the hall.

Air conditioning: The are five window air conditioning units, one in each bedroom and one in the living room.

Washer and dryer conveniently located in the closet off the kitchen.

The home has a front deck with Adirondack chairs and a back deck (accessed by sliders from the dining area and kitchen). The back deck has a dining table with chairs, a gas grill and an enclosed outdoor shower. The back yard has two more Adirondack chairs--a nice spot to enjoy some fresh air and wooded views. A wooden chair swing at the top of the property has peaks of the water!

A path from the back of the property makes your walk to Ballston Beach that much quicker. Only a 5-min walk or a 1-min bike ride, enjoy sunbathing, beachcombing and swimming at one of the Cape's most loved ocean beaches. When you aren't soaking up the sun at the beach, enjoy exploring the nature trails and area around the property.

Set in a quiet spot, the property is a short drive to all the best of Truro and beyond. Less than a 10-minute drive to Wellfleet center for great restaurants, shopping and galleries. Less than a 15-minute drive to Provincetown for even more incredible restaurants, shops and galleries, plus live entertainment, clubs, whale watches, fishing charters and more fun on the water.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
