If you're looking for the perfect getaway with family and friends, look no further than this spacious two storey, three bedroom, three bathroom period home. Situated high on one of Warrnambool's most prestigious streets, you will find entertaining a breeze. With multi zones and living spaces, two outdoor entertaining areas and sweeping views of the bay from the top balcony, you're spoilt for choice.
This spacious, two storey period house, with its warm and homely feel, features three queen bedrooms, three lounge areas, two outdoor areas, three bathrooms, WIFI and ample storage throughout.
Level One:
The ground level accommodates the living areas with bedrooms upstairs.
The spacious, modern kitchen makes entertaining a breeze. It comes fully equipped with cooking utensils and equipment, large freestanding oven, coffee maker and dishwasher.
Just off the kitchen you will find two lounge areas. The sitting room features a large couch and gas log fire, while the adjoining lounge features two couches, TV and open fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
The smaller deck off the kitchen, with sunlounges and outdoor seating, captures the afternoon sun and is great for reading or enjoying a drink and canapes before dinner.
The large open plan dining room and main lounge features 3 couches, TV and large dining table which opens out to the spacious paved north facing deck with large table, umbrella and BBQ.
The downstairs bathroom, with its ornate details and leadlight window has a large bath with shower and toilet.
The full renovated laundry/second bathroom downstairs has a shower, toilet and washing machine.
Three bedrooms are situated on level two, all with queen beds, cupboards and TV’s. The main bedroom has an adjoining bathroom (that’s also accessible from the hallway) and balcony with sweeping views of the bay.
The modern, fully renovated light filled bathroom has a large shower, double basins and toilet.
Entry is via keypad. The code will be provided to you before you stay.
