We are located at Shore 2 Residence Tower 2, within 15 minutes walk to SM Mall of Asia, a large shopping mall in the Philippines, located at Bay City, Pasay, Philippines, within the SM Central Business Park

The 1BR UNIT is a simple styled unit but is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The unit offers one queen sized bed that may accommodate up to two guests. It also have a sofa bed and a foldable mattress (for additional guests), air conditioning, a balcony, a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric kettle, a rice cooker, an induction stove, a shower heater, and HD TV with Wifi connectivity. There is a toilet and shower equipped with toiletries and other necessities to make your stay even more comfortable.

Please be informed that this place is a SELF CHECK-IN SERVICE. Please book at least 2 days ahead to allow some time for the host to file and obtain the guest(s) authorization form which is a requirement by the Shore 2 building admin before guest(s) can occupy the unit, book at least 3 days ahead if your check-in starts on a Monday. The building admin is open from Mon to Fri, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, and is closed on weekends and holidays.

Please comply with the requirements at least 3 days ahead if your check-in starts on a Monday for a smooth check-in. Shore admin is open from Mon to Fri only from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. They are closed on holidays and weekends.

Security within the Shore complex is increased and you may be asked to present your ID on entering the complex, to be checked against the list of approved guests.

1. It is very important to declare the correct no. of staying guest. Undeclared or unendorsed guest will not be accommodated. Otherwise, they would pay for the extra cost.

Rates for ADDITIONAL GUEST:
• P400/pax per night

2. PAY PARKING is available on-site with minimal fee.

3. POOL is open DAILY from 8 AM to 10 PM. You can buy the pool stub from the admin.

POOL FEE:
• P150/pax for regular days
• P300/pax for holidays

4. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

5. EARLY CHECK-IN and EARLY CHECK-OUT is subject for availability.

6. GYM in the building is NOT available for guest.

7. NO SMOKING. The Condominium Office strictly implements NO SMOKING. A PENALTY OF P1,000 FOR EVERY VIOLATION. Smoke sensors are sensitive.
