C107 is a three-bedroom EX floor plan, that will accommodate up to ten guests with a spacious 1750 sq. feet, fully furnished. C107 also has under building parking for one vehicle. Located on the first floor which is not ground level, it's up one floor in the "C" building, corner unit.

The living room has a flat screen TV/cable & DVD player, sofa has a pull-out queen size sleeper and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that seats six guest, along with a bar that seats three. Dining area and living room have windows extending along the south wall that has an amazing view of the water! The kitchen is well stocked, very spacious, and renovated.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower with an assist bar,and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The 2nd bedroom has two full size beds, a flat screen TV/cable, and a sliding glass door that leads to its own small private balcony with a small table and chair,and has a view of the water.

The 3rd bedroom has a full-size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, and windows along the south wall that has a view of the water.

The guest bathroom includes a shower/tub combo. There is a washer/dryer in the condo and tile flooring throughout.

The balcony includes eight chairs, a lounge chair, two small tables and a large table. The "C" building faces sideways however, this unit is a corner unit with a wrap- around balcony on the beach-side so you have a pool, water, and sunset view. The condo includes a covered parking spot underneath the building.
