Cosy home in the Northern suburbs

Tucked away in a colder sac is a beautiful big home to relax with the whole family or a large group. Ample space both indoors and outdoors you'll have space to sit and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, make a family meal together, chill out on the front patio overlooking the local neighbourhood feeling the beautiful breezes, or sit outside in the back yard watching the kids play. If staying at home isnt your cup of tea, there's shopping centres, parks and walking trails a stone throw away.

You wake up hearing the wind in the trees and the birds singing. the house is up fairly high. You can overlook the neighbourhood while the sun is rising with your cup of coffee or glass of wine while the sun is setting. Here for a long rest?.... The rooms are made for sleeping with their roller shutters, external louvres and warm colours, so have that midday rest you've been wanting to!
The house is big both indoors and outdoors. Indoors is a large family room with ample space not to feel overcrowded with the group you're travelling with.

It is quite dark inside which being my home I loved as I loved the sleep ins and the afternoon naps with the darkness and the breeze.
I find it a blessing when you want the kids to sleep in without the sun directly in their faces and that little extra "me time" or you party all night and welcome the sleep in throughout the day.

The area itself has a lovely breeze and the house is always open to that breeze. Plenty of doors and windows to open to let that wind breeze through the house


There are currently enough beds to cater for 12 people. if you have more people to stay that is fine as long as they bring their own sleeping arrangements. The house can comfortably fit more people.
Please put them in your booking and there is an extra $10/per guest per night for anything over 12.
Please confirm in your initial message that you have read and understood all the house rules and all other notes of the property and that you agree to them.

No one other than the guests are to stay at the property during your stay.
**Please note you may be able to extend your stay however there are no cancellations during your stay to reduce your stay. discounts are offered during booking for no cancellation of booking.

I ask that you please strip the sheets off the beds and the pillow cases are taken off the pillows and left in the pile at the end of the beds upon exiting the AirBnb.
All the lights, fans and air cons need to be turned off upon exiting property.
There is air con now in the living room and 3 bedrooms. The bedroom with the 2 single beds has a big enough air con to circulate into the 4th middle bedroom.


*Main bedroom has a roller shutter with a remote on the wall next to the window.
please do not remove this. if it goes missing along with any other remotes. There will be a charge and it will depend on the company being able to replace or repair that special remote.

*The wifi details and password are on the bookshelf at the front door.. they are also here on the airbnb listing once your booking has been confirmed.

*The indoor fireplace IS NOT TO BE USED due to safety reasons. It cannot be removed from the property so it sits as a feature. There will be an extra cleaning fee should it be used and have to be cleaned

*Hot water is readily available.

*To use the stove top there is a switch to the left in the corner of the kitchen above the 2 powerpoints that switches on the stove top to be able to utilise it.


*The washing machine is underneath the house, access is via the side door at the bottom Jakari crt side of the house. There is a dryer there also for use.

*1 towel per guest is provided. The towels are not to be used for any makeup/cream removal, clean ups or anything that could leave a stain. Extra charges will be requested if any stains are found.
* PLEASE NOTE - if there are workers/tradies staying at the property, they are to provide their own towels during their stay.

*There is no food permitted in any of the bedrooms

*There is no smoking, drugs or parties permitted at the premises

HYGIENE.

● All linen and towels are washed in hot water and washing powder but no bleach is used.
● The bed sheets and pillow cases are not wrinkle free.
● Every mattress has a waterproof/dust/mite proof case on it as well as a waterproof mattress protector.
● Every pillow has a waterproof cover on them as well which are regularly washed in hot soapy water with added bleach.
● Everything including all benches, bedside tables, tops, surfaces, door handles, remotes and light switches are wiped down with disinfectant.
Bathrooms are scrubbed upon every exit of guest.
● Floors are vacuumed and steam mopped.
● Pest control come out and spray the property once every 6 months.
● All doors and windows have been replaced and are safe and secure.
