This private 9600 Sq ft. gated Villa offers the most amazing accommodations and incredible views for the travels that are looking for a very special experience.
The Villa offers a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 1/2 bath, an 8 seat Theater room/dance club, private hot tub. Pool table, Fooseball Table, Bocce court, Horse shoe pit, cornhole and 2 fire pits. A gourmet kitchen with seating for 14.
* The master bedroom provides a King size bed with amazing views of Zion National Park.
* Upstairs provided 4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and King sized beds. One of the upstairs Bedrooms has 2 King sized beds.
* Private guest house offering a queen bed and an additional kitchen.

This place is special. We never found ourselves wanting or needing anything here, which made our vacation even more special and peaceful. Rooms are huge. There's plenty to do on property. And the views are unbelievable, during the day and at night. Owners communications were flawless. Highly, highly recommended.

The house is absolutely amazing and as advertised. Glen, the host was clear expectations for check in and check out. He was very quick to respond when I had any questions. He was a wealth of knowledge of the area and all it has to offer. The house easily accommodated our 14 guests. The property is amazing and has amenities to satisfy all needs. Cornhole, horseshoes, bocce, 2 fore pits, a patio for viewing, photos, or dance party! The kitchen is really 2 kitchens and had everything and more! A standalone Freezer and Refrigerator, 2 dishwashers, and 2 sinks. The bedrooms each had their own full bathroom, comfy beds, ample closet space, and well lit. There are hiking trails that stem from the property that will bring you to some views of Zion National Park. The sunsets are breathtaking from the house. I would recommend this house to any large group wanting to get away and relax or a base camp to explore Zion National Park

Gorgeous home for Zion/Bryce vacation

We enjoyed a fabulous mini college reunion at this gorgeous property. The location was perfect for spending a few days in Zion park, a day at Bryce, and a few days just enjoying the home and landscape. Plenty to do and great kitchen for cooking together. Highly recommended!

An intimate Zion stay

We LOVED this house! The views are stunning, the stay was great, and there were more than enough beds for our whole family! We had a small ceremony with just parents and grandparents and my husband and I will have the best wedding memory and couldn’t imagine a better place to do it! This was a stay to remember for everyone!

Stunning Zion Villa

The Zion Villa is even more gorgeous in real life. The views will leave you speechless. We hosted our micro-wedding here and had a wonderful team of vendors who were familiar with the villa. We had a wonderful experience and would recommend the villa to anyone looking for a unique experience in Zion.

This is a beautiful property, very spacious, perfect for a retreat to get away and relax. It’s built with all the modern luxury but also blends well with the natural beauty of Zion Park. Lovely Home

The home was perfect in everyway! The space was great for our family members and friends. Enjoyed using the beautiful, well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were very nice; comfortable bedding and nice having private bathrooms. Enjoyed the outdoor space; games, hiking, hot tub and the beautiful views. Great location to the parks too! Amazing property!

This was one of the best houses we have stayed. It’s huge, beautiful, extremely clean and well stocked. There are tons of activities for the kids. It is very close to Zion. The houses is even better than pictures. I would highly recommend staying here. Glen had great communication, too.

Wow what a house

Incredible house, very comfortable and huge. It was a shame that we were there during a fire ban as the outdoor space and multiple fire pits are incredible. The views are stunning and the proximity to Zion park is amazing. Though there are other houses in the development it feels very secluded. Lots of bedrooms and space.

The views off the back of the property will leave you speechless. The fire pits are a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day. However, keep in mind when fire danger is high the fire pits are locks for safety.

Perfect family vacation!!

This home was just perfect for our family, which included 4 married couples and 3 young grandchildren. The kitchen and dining area made it so easy to cook for a big group and with 2 dishwashers and 2 separate ovens! We loved the oversized round dining table! The grandchildren loved playing on the solid playground and surrounding area. The nearby Ponderosa Ranch was fun for them as well. We have already recommended this home to interested friends and will definitely try to return some day!

Beautiful house with fantastic scenery.

This was a great house to stay in for a week with 16 other people. The place was clean and in good condition. The garbage was picked up every day by Tim Esplin and he always was very helpful if any issue or question about the house came up. I would highly recommend this place as we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary there with our family. The house was well stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, etc.

Amazing property - bar is set too high now

This property was beyond expectations, and expectations were high based on posted photos. The architecture is immaculate, as well as the furniture and accents. We had a perfect family reunion, starting with every family member entering the house with amazement. The only downside is it will be tough to beat this property for future family reunions.

Awesome property with outstanding views

13 members of our family spent four nights at Bella Zion (while 4 others stayed in a nearby home in Ponderosa Ranch.). We found Bella Zion to be not only gorgeous but also spacious enough for our big group. It was appointed with everything we could possibly need. We had plenty of parking space for our 5 vehicles, and as a bonus feature, we were conveniently located to many beautiful hikes in Zion as well as nearby Jeep and UTV tours. Sunday through Thursday was not ample time to enjoy all the features of this home!!

Wedding Venue with Family

Glen’s Zion Villa is an amazing property. We had our wedding and a reception dinner on two of the Villa’s patio’s with beautiful views of Zion in the background. It was a small ceremony so we were able to have all of our family stay with us on the property. Glen is a great host - he was very helpful with ideas and recommendations for our ceremony. This is truly an amazing house for a large group

Everything about this home from the views, the fact that every bedroom has their own private bath, the well stocked pantry, the plethora of appliances, pots, pans. dishes was beyond our expectations. Top that with the best Host/Owner Glenn who not only provided us with a ton of great advice prior to our trip but was available throughout our stay by answering phone calls and texts within minutes. I give this place a 10 out of 10 and will absolutely be back again and again.

We booked this home for our 20th wedding anniversary, and invited my in-laws and my husband's sister's family and we absolutely loved this gorgeous home! we were pretty busy hiking Zion and only stayed a few days, but can't wait to go back sometime for a longer stay. Upon returning from our hikes, it was so enjoyable to soak in the hot tub and do some star gazing! beautiful hiking right from the house too! Glenn was super accommodating in assisting us with all of our needs and had great recommendations on things to do. Would highly recommend this property!

Spectacular doesn’t give this justice!

This was an amazing stay for my family and I. We celebrated a special day together and the property made it all the more enjoyable. The fire pit outside area is perfect for entertaining and the view out the back is one of the best views anywhere. We particularly enjoyed the large, fully stocked kitchen and the laundry room. The stars shine brilliantly here and we could not get enough of them. Glen was a kind and exceptionally helpful host with suggestions if needed. Thank you and we will be back one day!
