Nestled in an exceptional ski-in/ski-out location, this charming chalet offers direct access to the piste, ideally positioned on the final approach to Medran. Spread over three spacious floors and designed in a traditional alpine style, it’s perfect for large families or groups.

Accommodation includes two double bedrooms (including one converted from a single), three twin bedrooms—one of which can be configured as a double with appropriate bedding—and a fifth bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children or young adults. Adjacent to the bunk room is a home cinema/lounge/play area, offering a perfect space for relaxation or entertainment.

The open-plan living and dining areas are both welcoming and sociable. A large dining table seats 12 comfortably, while the lounge area features an open fireplace and French doors leading out to a spacious balcony terrace. The property also boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances for self-catering ease.

There are two shower rooms, one bathroom, and a separate guest WC. After a day on the slopes, guests can unwind in the sauna and dedicated chill-out area. Additional entertainment is provided with table tennis and table football, perfect for après-ski fun.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a Bluetooth music system. A large ski/boot room and a utility room with washing machine and dryer complete the chalet’s practical features.

Garage parking for a standard-sized car is available 200m below the chalet, with an additional space available on request. Please note that the property is not accessible by car directly. Guests should park above and walk approximately 80m down the piste to reach the entrance. Winter shoes are highly recommended, as the final approach includes 100m of steps and an 80m snow path, which can be steep and icy due to skier traffic.

For winter driving, a 4x4 vehicle equipped with snow tyres and/or chains is strongly advised due to the steep and often icy access road.
