The space
This lower-level unit of a 1922 duplex offers a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests, with high ceilings, tile floors, and natural light throughout. The living room provides a relaxed setting with an HDTV and seating to gather after a day out. Each of the two bedrooms features a queen bed, along with linens and storage for a restful stay. A full bathroom includes a bathtub and bathroom essentials.

Important note
This is renting just the downstairs unit, in which the backyard is now shared with the upstairs unit. Each property has its own private entrance, and there is no connection between the upstairs and downstairs units once inside.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, with a dining table for shared breakfasts or evening meals. Whether you're cooking or bringing back local takeout, the space makes it easy to settle in.

Outdoor living
Enjoy the front porch with swing chairs or spend time in the shared backyard space. The setting offers a relaxed place to enjoy fresh air in a quiet residential street.
