- Our condo features TWO large bedrooms; first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed. Both rooms come with four pillows each and a comfortable mattress to ensure you have a good night rest
The two bathrooms are the best space in this suite. They are well-equipped and well-equipped with newly finished fixtures, a huge shower area, sturdy toilet seats, and beautiful mirrors.
- The living area is a gorgeously decorated space with modern-day furniture and a dedicated work area.

The location is great very close to West Edmonton Mall (5min drive). The Apartment is nice it doesn't appear to be professionally cleaned, there was some dust on base boards, and other surfaces. There was no smell in the apartment at all. There is some very simple to complete maintenance that could be done to make the BNB much better (turn the bathroom door handle so the lock is the right way, Fix the hole in the wall behind the Main bedroom door handle, fix the side table leg that's either broken or missing a screw, reupholster the two bar stools in the kitchen so they look nicer, some paint touch ups from furniture dings, and replacing the Mirror in the ensuite as it has two very suspicious looking "mirror rot" holes that honestly look like cameras...) the building is fairly loud during the day but most noise stops by 930PM and doesn't start until 10AM - it's nothing major just typical apartment noises and conversation are very easily overheard from the hallways. They need need add a set of steak knives and a pair of scissors into the kitchen other than that, everything you need for a fully stocked kitchen is there. The balcony is an added bonus! Underground parking was also extremely convenient and there was plenty of guest parking, not underground if your vehicle wouldn't fit.

It was difficult to get in, the person's whom were to let us in were not answering. The cleaning left some to be desired. There seemed to be a lot of burned out light bulbs and loose faucets. General disrepair. Overall it was fine but could be easily improved.

I would say that it was not a great place to stay because there were 5 of us. The air mattress has a hole in it and they had no blankets. The host said she would come by the next day to bring them and never came by. So our fifth person had no bed. Told the host by text and she never responded. The house needs some work. Like fix the hole behind the door, bathroom doorknob on the right way so you could lock it. And other things.

The condo was very dirty - layer of dust on baseboards, keurig machine had not been cleaned in quite some time, hole in the bedroom wall, large rip in the screen door. We were offered additional towels, if needed, as we were there 30 days—when requested they were never delivered (asked twice). Location was great, however would not recommend.

The location was great, very close to amenities & West Edmonton Mall. There were 2 “plug in” air fresheners running & the fragrance was over powering. The electrical outlets in both bathrooms were non functioning. The overall space was great, nice having a washer/dryer. The kitchen could be better stocked with utensils & glassware. Would be nice to have some chairs on the balcony. There should be instructions for departing, ie garbage disposal. Bed was comfortable & great having an air conditioner!

West Edmonton Mall Condo

I would like to thank our host for their wonderful hospitality. The suite was clean and bright. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed including sheets and towels were supplied. I also liked the use of the underground parking. There was just 2 things that would of been nice. There was no air conditioning and only one fan. Plus, I believe the condo was recently painted and they put the door knob on the bathroom on backwards so the lock is on the outside. I guess this would be handy if you wanted to lock someone in the bathroom, lol. Thanks again, we had a wonderful stay.

Nice Condo in a Great Location

The condo is located in a great location on the west end of Edmonton. It's within walking distance to many amenites, and it is close West Edmonton Mall. We spent four nights at this lovely condo. It provides all the amenities of home, even a washer and dryer. In addition to plenty of Visitor Parking, there is also a secure underground parking place. Communication with the management company was excellent. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
