This house sleeps a maximum of 16 guests.

There are several beach towels provided for your stay but must remain in the vacation rental and not be taken home.

This property has parking for 2 vehicles.

Property requires a 7-night minimum year round.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
