A hot tub is on the way—set for installation by May 2025.

Other things to note
There is a concrete slab poured underneath the dock area and several meters around it, allowing you to walk out into the water and not have to worry about weeds. However, it is not safe to dive into the river for the dock due to the depth.

In addition, there are two kayaks and lifejackets available for use at your own risk. Though we are located in a bay, the river can get choppy at times - especially when larger boats are moving past or there are high winds. The lifejackets provided are for chest sizes ranging from 30-in to 52-in and supports individuals over 90 lbs. Should those sizes not be suitable for your needs, please bring your own to ensure your safety.
