🧼 CLEANING & SAFETY
Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected before every guest arrives. All linens (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels) are freshly washed. We also provide extra cleaning supplies for your peace of mind.

NOTE: We offer housekeeping/cleaning service daily at an additional cost to our guests: $260 for regular cleaning and $200 for basic (no laundry).

You will have the entire main and upper level of the house with a separate entrance, while the basement is off-limits. The basement tenant has a separate entrance to the house, so it won't impact your stay.

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire home—main floor and upper level. No shared entrances. Just you and your guests. The laundry area is shared with tenants with predefined schedule to ensure convenience and privacy, it has a separate entrance, so your space remains completely private and undisturbed.

🌟 Supervision: For everyone’s safety—especially little ones—children must be supervised at all times when using the hot tub.

Liability: Guests are responsible for their own safety. The host is not liable for injuries, slips, or accidents.

Towels: Please bring your own towels for hot tub use, as spa towels are not provided.

Seasonal Access: The hot tub undergoes routine seasonal maintenance. Kindly confirm hot tub availability when booking to avoid surprises. We will also provide this information during your booking inquiry.

To help you relax safely, we kindly ask all guests to follow these simple precautions while enjoying the hot tub:

🔹 Shower before use – Helps keep the water clean for everyone.
🔹 Children must be supervised – No unsupervised use under age 12.
🔹 No food, glass, or alcohol – Avoid spills and broken glass for safety.
🔹 Limit soaking time – 15 to 20 minutes at a time is ideal.
🔹 No jumping or diving – For safety and to prevent damage.
🔹 Cover the tub after use – Helps maintain temperature and cleanliness.
🔹 Health conditions? – Please consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant or have heart/blood pressure conditions.
🔹 Use at your own risk – Guests are responsible for their safety.
