This house is pet-free due to allergies of the owner.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans. Our cancellation policy is strict, and refunds will not be issued unless the issue is caused by our listing. Travel insurance can help cover costs if you need to cancel or your trip is disrupted.

▶︎ Guest’s contact details will be collected via our Pre-Arrival Form. (Guests must submit a government-issued photo ID of the lead guest and potentially provide proof of payment matching the ID collected via Truvi) please expect an email or SMS from them.

- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $65 per night per item used.

While we no longer charge a fee for early check-in or late check-out requests, we kindly note that these options are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. To ensure early access to the property, we recommend booking the night prior. This provides peace of mind and allows for a smooth and stress-free arrival. Alternatively you can contact us the morning of the arrival and we can confirm if this option is available for you.

Our properties are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. However, as we are located in Australia, occasional encounters with insects such as ants, flies, or mosquitoes may occur, particularly if food is left out or doors/windows are left open. This is a natural part of the environment and does not constitute grounds for refunds or negative reviews. We provide insect deterrents where necessary, and guests are encouraged to take reasonable precautions.
