$250 cleaning fee will be charged for any smoking inside.

Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Avoid loitering in hallways, lifts, or common areas.

6. Guest Limit
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises.
No unapproved visitors or overnight stays.

7. Cleanliness
Please leave the property in a tidy condition.
Excessive mess or damage may result in extra cleaning fees.

8. Lost Keys/Fobs
Lost keys or access fobs will incur a replacement fee of $150.

9. Damage
Report any accidental damage immediately.
Significant damage may result in charges to your security deposit.
