All bedrooms and sleeping areas are on the second level.
The primary suite includes one king bed, an en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and private balcony with views of the downtown Tampa skyline. There is a large shower with multiple shower heads, dual sinks, and a private water closet in primary bathroom.
The secondary suite includes two twin beds and en suite bathroom. The two twin beds can be combined into one king bed upon request.
The loft area includes a twin size sleeper sofa, which is easily convertible to accommodate one additional guest.
There is one additional half bathroom on main level, which provides guest privacy and convenience in entertaining.
Walking distance to Hyde Park Village and Bayshore. A short drive to downtown, Riverwalk, Amalie and more. Experience all that Tampa has to offer from this convenient location.
Guest Access:
Guests will receive a digital code to enter the home. Guests will have access to 1 parking in the garage as well as the driveway, and free street parking.
The Neighborhood:
Hyde Park is a centrally located, historic district loved by locals and visitors alike. Bayshore Boulevard is right outside your doorstep, known as one of the longest continuous sidewalks in the United States! Bayshore Boulevard is 4.5 miles of scenic views and outdoor exercise equipment paralleling Tampa Bay. Hyde Park Village is an outdoor shopping mall just a 5-minute walk away with dining, shopping and various pop-up events! A variety of parks, Downtown Tampa and the Tampa International Airport are all a 10-minute drive away or less! Some of our teams' favorite nearby hotspots include Armature Works, Tampa Riverwalk, Sparkman Wharf, Hyde Park Village, SoHo District, Ybor City & Downtown Tampa!
Getting Around:
Hyde Park is a very walkable neighborhood but there are self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay-by-app parking.
Other Things to Note:
- Trash Info: Trash days are on Tuesday and Friday. Trash cans are located in the driveway along the side of the home.
- Smoking: We do not allow smoking inside our home or anywhere on the property. Guests who smoke will be fined up to $500, all reservations are subject to being charged a smoking fee if you or your guests choose to smoke inside.
- Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed
- Stairs: The home requires the use of stairs and may not be suitable for toddlers, small children, or guests with mobility issues.
- Children: Our home is not suitable for guests under the age of 18. If you have questions regarding this, feel free to message us.
