Getting Around:
The most popular way to get around like a local is by tram. Property is conveniently located in the free tram zone so getting around the city and to all of Melbourne's incredible surrounding suburbs couldn't be easier. Free tram zone operates in the city centre - when traveling outside the free tram zone, be sure to purchase a MYKI card. Numerous tram lines within 250 metres.
Walking distance to Southern Cross Station - all major train lines accessible.
Uber and other ride-sharing services such as Didi are readily available.
Other Things to Note:
Key Collection: Check-in is from 3PM. You will collect your keys from a conveniently located key concierge service just three doors down (85m) from the property which is open until 6PM. If you plan to arrive later than 6PM, it is crucial to let us know so the keys can be moved to a 24/hr collection kiosk.
Please note that our apartment has a strict “No Party Policy”. Excessive noise or misbehaviour will not be tolerated in the apartment or common areas (pool, BBQ area, gym etc). Rules and guidelines for common areas will be provided and must be adhered to at all times.
Please note, the sofa bed pictured in the lounge room is not currently in use as a sofa bed, but only as a sofa.
Plumbing: The plumbing system in the building can be sensitive. Please be mindful of this and only flush toilet paper and natural waste.
Parking: There is one free parking space provided in the building's secure undercover parking garage (height clearance 2.1m), however if you are traveling with more than one vehicle, there are numerous paid parking garages nearby including Wilsons Parking less than 100m from the property.
