Apartment 22 provides well-appointed spacious one-bedroom accommodation in a very convenient location. The local beach is just around the corner, and the CBD is an easy drive away.



The lounge area is open plan and includes a modern kitchenette with a microwave, bar fridge, toaster, and tea and coffee making facilities. There is no oven, only a small hob, so you won’t be able to cook a full meal, but there are great eateries within easy walking distance.

Please note that the property is close to the main road and does not have double glazing. Entry is elevated, with stairs leading up from the car park. Although the central location is very convenient, you do get traffic noise.



Whether you're visiting for a short getaway or a longer stay, this home offers comfort, space, and convenience in a well-located setting. All our properties are for accommodation purposes only; no gatherings or parties. Bookings which exceed 10 days will incur an extra mid-term cleaning and linen fee at cost to the guest every seven days.
