The space

Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a four-poster king bed, TV, and generous closet space, creating a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. Its ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and a deep glass-enclosed tub with an overhead shower. The second bedroom offers a tri-bunk bed and large closet, with a nearby bathroom that includes a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity.

Amenities & comfort
Air-conditioning runs throughout the unit, keeping the space cool in summer and comfortable after a day in the sun. A mudroom entry with a boot dryer makes transitioning from the slopes easy, while in-suite laundry ensures convenience during longer stays.

Ski access & location
From the rear of the property, you can step directly onto Merlin’s Run for true ski-in/ski-out access. The ski season typically runs from late December through March, depending on snow conditions, and the Guest Services team can confirm details prior to arrival. When it’s time to explore Whistler Village, it’s just a short 10-minute walk or a 5-minute ride on the free shuttle.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.

The Neighborhood:
The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking, or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four-seasons property.

Other Things to Note:
• Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock. Please note: skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
