This house has everything!

We rented for an extended weekend for our daughter's graduation. What a perfect house! The pool was so enjoyable at all times--early morning swimming laps, cooling off midday when sunbathing or to beat the heat, and lounging after dinner. You will have everything you need for a true vacation with your family. The host has provided such thoughtful touches, from indoor and outdoor games (including pool toys), to an exercise space in the garage. You will run out of time before you run out of things to do in this house. This is an adorable little Cape Cod home, but don't let the photos make you think it's too small. You will have plenty of space for your family/group to spread out. There are lots of seating options both inside and outside for eating, playing games, and conversing together. You will be able to park all your vehicles in the driveway too.We would definitely rent again if we are in the area. It could also be a wonderful getaway trip because it has everything provided for both relaxation and entertainment. The place was very clean and well-organized, with many kitchen items you might need for home-cooked meals. in addition, the beds were really comfortable. I also have to mention the backyard. It's such a beautiful and private space with the covered patio, pool, and grassy area. We loved the lemon trees. (There is a fig tree too, though not yet in season.) The house is pet-friendly, so we brought our dog and having a fenced yard was such a blessing!

The home met our needs for the time since we required something close to Loma Linda University Medical Center. It was very nice from the outside. The pool was very dirty and appears to not be maintained regularly so we didn't use it, I had thought originally the listing indicated a sauna but it appears it doesn't after all and the sauna was clearly removed at the site, only the cover remained. We had to extend our reservation out of need due to a delayed medical appointment which for some reason our door code no longer worked so we had to leave the home unsecured the entire day until it was able to be locked remotely, support wasn't very helpful and we had confirmed several times that we would not have any issues with extending the time. The sinks in the bathrooms are difficult to use and don't drain well. The dryer needs to be repaired and I went out and bought 2 outdoor light bulbs to replace the burned out ones in the backyard and front garage door light. The air hockey table was fun, but not having a central TV available to use for family in the evening made it difficult to enjoy a show with others, there are TV's in each bedroom but nothing for everyone to sit and watch together. Not a bad stay, just wasn't what we had hoped for the price we paid. Owner did respond as soon as she got the message regarding our security issue from the support team however that was some time after we had tried to get help from the support number. We enjoyed the backyard.

We’ve taken your comments into account as we continue preparing the home for future guests. We’d like to clarify a few details to help set accurate expectations. The home has never included a sauna, and it has not been advertised on Vrbo. Our pool is professionally serviced weekly, and we’ve confirmed the sinks are draining properly. TVs are provided in each bedroom and the game room. We’ve also verified that the hair dryers, washer, and dryer are all in working order, though the dryer may produce some noise during use. We keep extra supplies on hand and are always happy to assist. We quickly resolved the door code concern once notified and confirmed that the system is functioning properly.
