Hi Steve, we’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your feedback, we followed up with the homeowner, who shared the following response:-The mattress in the bedroom is a high-quality model selected for guest comfort; we understand that preferences can vary, and comfort is often subjective.-The listing clearly notes that a membership is required to access the pool, and this information is also communicated prior to arrival to ensure transparency and avoid any confusion.-Regarding the roof repair, we notified guests as soon as we were informed by management. We were advised that the work would only take a few hours, and the guest mentioned they would not be in the unit during that time.-No concerns were brought to our attention during the stay, but we always encourage guests to reach out so we can assist in real time.Thank you for sharing your feedback.
