Guests have access to the entire home except for one bedroom upstairs, the locked cupboard under the stairs and selected kitchen cupboards that are used for storage of the owners property.
Please note: There is no guest access to one of the upstairs bedrooms (fifth bedroom), the locked storage cupboard under the stairs and some of the kitchen cupboards as they are used for the owners storage.
- No Parties
- No Pets & No Smoking: To maintain a peaceful and comfortable space for all guests.
- Only paying guests allowed at the property.
- Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM-7AM.
- Lockout Policy: If a guest locks themselves out of the property and requires assistance to regain entry, a $100 call-out fee will apply. This fee covers travel time, fuel costs, and the time and effort required to assist with re-entry.
We kindly ask all guests to double-check that they have their keys with them before leaving the property to avoid any inconvenience.
As part of our check-in process, we kindly ask that you send us your government identification prior to your arrival. We will be sending an online check-in form and rental agreement link at the time of your booking.
