This centrally located room backs onto the forest with lovely indoor, outdoor flow for you to enjoy the bird life and burbling stream at the back of the property. A space for you to relax in and unwind.

Perfect location: 10 minutes drive to the town centre, 8-10 minutes to the airport and supermarkets. Around a 10 minute walk to the bus stop.

The space:
The stylish, simple room contains a queen bed, private bathroom with underfloor heating, heat pump, kettle and outdoor seating. As this room is small and simple please look at the photos and make sure it is suitable for your stay.

This room is a privately accessed room on the lower story of our house. Access is from the rear of the house. The room has its own bathroom and kettle however no other cooking facilities are provided. No smoking is permitted on the property and no cooking in the rooms.

Access is from the side of the house which borders the neighbouring reserve, parking is at the front of the house.

This room is private and while we are always available online to answer questions the separation between the levels of the house will mean you are uninterrupted during your stay.

This listing is for a private room and bathroom only, coffee is provided but there are no other facilities to make food. No smoking is permitted on the property and no cooking in the rooms.

Iron and ironing board available on request.

Quite hours are between 10pm and 6am.
Shared parking is available against the fence at the front of the property. If this is full then free parking is also available on Highview Terrace.
Please do not park in front of our garage.
