Located on the tranquil and exclusive northern tip of the island, just near qualia, it's just a short buggy ride to all of the island's key attractions. You can enjoy spectacular water views from your two entertaining decks, as well as use of the villa's private plunge pool - located on the lower deck.

Enjoy spectacular views out over the gardens and native bushland to the Whitsundays waters from almost every angle.

Family-friendly.
This home has been cleverly split over two levels, and all the bedrooms are downstairs - making it ideal for families. Kids will also love having their own private downstairs area, which includes a single sofa bed and wall-mounted plasma TV.

Sleek, modern design.
This home has a open-plan layout. Tiles throughout give the home a fresh, breezy feel.

Gourmet kitchen.
Keen chefs will love the fully-equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances.

Rooms.
There are three spacious bedrooms - all of which have a king bed (two of which can be converted to singles if required).

Outdoor space.
The open living area connects through bi-fold doors to a covered entertaining deck, where you can relax and enjoy the views.

Two pools.
The villa has its own private plunge pool on the lower deck, and guests also have access to a shared lap pool within the Peninsula complex.

Extra bed.
There is a single sofa bed in the second lounge area - ideal for extra guests or children.

Buggy.
This property includes 1 x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants apply and may be subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
