Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full home, excluding the garage and basement. There may be guests in the basement during your stay.

Garbage Disposal
Please place all garbage inside garbage bags. We will dispose of one bag per 3-day stay at no extra charge. Any additional bags will incur a $15 fee per bag to cover the cost of disposal at the junkyard. The community’s garbage collection day is Monday. A member of our team will access the garbage stored in the garage on Monday mornings without notice for disposal.

Excessive Noise
To ensure a peaceful environment for our surrounding neighbors, this property is equipped with a noise level monitoring device. Please note that this device does not record audio, but it does measure noise levels in real time. If elevated noise is detected, our monitoring service will automatically send warning messages via Airbnb. The first warning will be followed by an additional warning if the noise levels have not been reduced. A third warning will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund. This system is in place solely to maintain a respectful and comfortable atmosphere for everyone in and around the property.

Excessive Cleaning
Any cleaning required beyond the standard cleaning included with your stay (such as excessive messes, spills, or damage) will result in additional cleaning charges. This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning up heavy stains, food waste, or any areas left in an unusually dirty state. Please help us keep the space tidy, as additional charges will be applied for extensive cleaning needs.

Loitering/ Backyard Use
Loitering in front of the property is not permitted. Please respect our neighbors’ privacy by keeping all gatherings indoors and within the designated property boundaries. Backyard use is not allowed after 9 PM.

Smoking
This is a strictly smoke-free property - no smoking or vaping indoors or near open windows. A $1,000 restoration fee will apply if smoke is detected inside.

Damaged/ Missing Items
If any item in the home gets damaged or goes missing during your stay, we will charge the replacement or repair cost through Airbnb. If anything is damaged during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible.

Additional Guests
This unit accommodates up to 10 guests. Unauthorized additional guests will incur a fee of $50 per person. If you’d like to host up to 14 guests, please consider booking the entire home, including the basement, through our full-home listing.
