Located in beautiful Pinot Grove, which offers access to a communal swimming pool, (Please note the pool is open from Labour Day - Easter) and tennis courts (rackets and balls provided) there is something for everyone. A short 10 minute stroll will see you in the heart of the quaint village square of Martinborough. Sample local wines & beer as well as locally produced food at some of the amazing restaurants. Hire a bike or walk and visit over 20 wineries located within an easy distance from the village and taste some of New Zealand’s best Pinot Noir.

The square is just a short drive for you to head in and have dinner at Circus Cinema Restaurant have coffee at Neighbourhood cafe or meet the locals over bacon and eggs at Kitcheners.



Martinborough boasts itself on incredible vineyards... take yourself to some of our favourites - Moy Hall, Colombo Martinborough, Schubert Wines, Luna Estate and On Giants` Shoulders. Great for tastings and for lunch.



If shopping is your thing, poke around in the funky lil boutique shops sprinkled around the square and grab some of the locally produced delicacies on offer.



Just half an hour`s drive from Martinborough is Lake Ferry, a sleepy beach village on the shores of Lake Onoke where it empties into rugged Palliser Bay.



Go fishing with views of the South Island, try catching whitebait if you`re here in spring - or just enjoy a sunset dinner at the Lake Ferry Hotel. They do fab whitebait fritters and flounder!



The square is 900m down the road, a bus stop is just outside Pinot Grove, the bus joins up with the train at Featherston & can take you to Wellington if needed. Martinborough also has a taxi service, run by Claremont Cabs
