Open plan living / kitchen has smart tv lounge, reverse cycle and beautiful views of the lagoon and Lake Mulwala.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, robes and reverse cycle.
Bedroom 2 is located upstairs and has a Queen bed and 2 single beds, robes, ensuite and reverse cycle.
Bedroom 3 is located upstairs and has King split bed, ensuite, tv, walk in robe and reverse cycle. The request to split the bed must be made at time of booking.
The property a double garage to lock away the boat, and room for 2 cars in the driveway.
The townhouse guests also have communal access to the Cypress Drive affinity swimming pool.
The location is perfect for families – only a short walk to ‘Tunz-a-Fun’ mini golf and amusement park, Mulwala Water Ski Club, RSL ang the local golf club.
