The first floor consists of the living area, kitchen, dining area, ensuite bedroom with shower/tub combo and an additional bedroom off the front sun porch with 2 sets of 2 bunk beds that the kids will love! Enjoy the sun porch with lots of windows and seating perfect for your morning cup of coffee or after beach refresher, and the private rear patio with seating and a picnic table that is perfect for barbequing!
There is a refreshing outside shower to rinse off after the beach and a covered outdoor spot to store your beach gear. Also on the first floor is an additional full bathroom off of the laundry room with a shower only. The second floor consists of 3 more bedrooms and a 1/2 bathroom. No pets. Non smoking.
