Perched in the beautiful foliage of Spruceworld, this home will provide a sense of peace and quiet, yet is mere minutes from all of the best coastal attractions nearby. For a fun experience that the whole family will enjoy, head up to the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, just under five miles away, and explore the beautiful flowers and plants that make this area famous. Make your way four miles west and you will find the Maine State Aquarium offering seasonal exhibits of various marine animals and habitats. When everyone has worked up an appetite, stop into one of the local restaurants, and get your fill of fresh seafood! Boathouse Bistro | Tapas Bar & Restaurant, Ports of Italy, and Boothbay Lobster Wharf are just a few of the amazing options nearby.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
