Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen + 1 x King Single Bed + 1 x Single Trundler Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single Beds (These beds can be made up as 1 x King Bed)

Downstairs-
Bedroom 4: 1 x King Bed (This bed can be made up as 2 x Single Beds)

If you require either of the beds to be split or made together or the trundler bed to be made up, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival.

House Rules and Information -

Parking: 4 x off street parking, including boat parking. Guests are welcome to access the garage.

*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front of the property for security purposes.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.

STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
