Welcome to SUNLIT OASIS, our 3 BR, 2 BA, 1,782 sq ft, single story home. The backyard is an oasis of resort amenities that include a pool with optional heat, covered patio with a gas grill, 2 gas fire pits, fridge and putting green. Enjoy the desert vegetation and ambiance in professionally landscaped yard. Outdoor chef will appreciate grilling on the propane barbecue. The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. Two bikes at home allow guests to tour the neighborhood and beyond with pedal power.

Our conveniently located home is ideal for families and couples looking for a comfortable home amidst desert and mountain scenery with quick access to trails, spring training games, golf and NASCAR racing. Community amenities are not available to guests; however, both community centers and golf course have restaurants that are open to the public.

A beautiful great room has comfortable seating arranged around a large smart TV. The modern kitchen is completely stocked making it easy to prep and serve home cooked meals. Table and island seating offer choices in dining experiences. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. Doors and windows offer splendid views of the backyard paradise. Wifi is complimentary. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.

The bedroom floor plan is split. ALL bedrooms have smart TVs, ceiling fans and storage space for your personal items. The primary suite has a CA king bed, smart TV and en suite bath. A walk-in shower, soaking tub and dual vanity sinks in the en suite bath offer choices and room for 2 to prep for a night out.

Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds; Bedroom 3 has a king bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share Bathroom 2 with a tub-shower combo. A hair dryer and soap are stocked.

The laundry room includes appliances and detergent. There is parking for 3 vehicles: 2 inside the garage and 1 on the driveway.

This home is centrally located in the foothills of Estrella Mountain Regional Park:

~Hikers, bikers and equestrians will enjoy the extensive trail systems of all levels in Estrella Mountain and foothills. Corgett Trail is within walking distance of our home and is considered a mile plus easy walk that connects to the 2 community lakes.
~Spring training games for The Cleveland Guardians and Cincinnati Reds are held at Goodyear Ballpark in Goodyear mid-February through late March.
~Golf Club of Estrella, a Nicklaus design course, is a short drive and offers challenging play levels amidst extraordinary desert and mountain scenery.
~Phoenix International Raceway (PIR) is a one-mile race track located in the Estrella Mountains in nearby Avondale. PIT hosts 2 NASCAR race weekends annually. The track is usually the first and last NASCAR stops in western USA.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.

We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.

The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.

The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 6 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of six (6).

Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.

Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.

To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does not record sounds or conversations.

For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.

All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.

Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.

AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.

All TVs are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.

The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4 night minimum.

Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
