Riverside Oasis
Riverside Oasis is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment offering breathtaking views of the Waikato River, the harbour, and Lake Taupo.
This beautifully appointed, modern apartment has floor to ceiling windows on each of the 3 floors, to maximize the stunning view.
There is a bedroom on each floor - every bedroom has an ensuite. Entry is on the middle level. The ground floor is a versatile space that can serve as both a private bedroom and a second living area, featuring a TV and a tea/coffee nook as well as it's own riverside patio. Sliding doors allow you to separate the two areas for added privacy. The top floor is the heart of the home with a well equipped kitchen and open-plan living area. Just beyond the kitchen, you'll find the third bedroom with two single beds.
For ultimate comfort, each floor has its own heat pump/air-conditioning unit and underfloor heating for tiled spaces.
The different bedding configuration options means that this apartment can cater to groups of couples, singles or small families.
Located at the very popular Watermark Apartment complex, you can easily walk to town or the lake. The complex is gated for added security.
The heated swimming pool is available from the end of October, through to the beginning of April.
Internal access double garage for parking, or storage of bikes, sports gear etc.
Room Configuration -
Bedroom 1 top floor (off kitchen/living area): 1 x King Bed (This bed can be split to make 2x Single beds).
Bedroom 2 middle floor (entrance level) : 1 x King Bed.
Bedroom 3 bottom floor: 2 x Single Beds (These beds can be made together to make 1x King bed).
If you require either of the beds to be split or made together, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival.
House Rules and Information -
Parking: 2 parking spaces in the internal access double garage. There are some additional parking spaces within the complex - these are not reserved. Boats and trailers are not allowed within the complex.
*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front for security purposes.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
