Unit was overbooked and I and wife had to search for another place to stay ,,,very frustrating. Host assisted us and we were refunded however, major inconvenience.

Initially had trouble with keypad. I was given the wrong code. Took two hours to get a response. Apparently there’s a second person who you can contact, but that information was unknown to me. Overall I am glad that my patience held on, because I would truly recommend that Condo to anyone wanting to visit Siesta Key Beach. Very CLEAN!! Super Comfortable!!

A hidden gem

Such a cozy unit with great views and amenities!! Tennis, pool and fishing right off their dock. Clean and well equipped. Great communication and centrally located. Highly recommended!! Thanks for a great stay!

Pleasant stay after mix-up

I was initially booked at this location but ended up being double booked. The property manager quickly worked out a resolution and put me in an even better unit. While the initial situation was not ideal, Jennifer was fantastic in making it right.

Great owner and location!

I truly appreciated the prompt communication by the homeowner prior to our arrival. It was a great location. Walking distance to the beach. The trolly pickup right was right outside the neighborhood.

Girls getaway weekend

My best friend and I came to Siesta Key for a long weekend, and this condo was perfect for us. It's in a great location and is well equipped. The complex is very quiet and peaceful, and is centrally located to all the fun things. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot

This was the first time we visted Siesta Key, we absolutely loved our stay. Our condo was very clean, cozy and private. We enjoyed fishing off the dock when we weren't at the beach. Our kids enjoyed the tennis court and as well as the pool table on the property. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

Love this condo

I love this condo. It was so comfortable. The dock is so close on the canal. We saw Dolphin in the canal and the ocean. I will stay here again. The pool was nice. Loved the beds. Very comfortable and sof sheets!

Convenient, Clean, Quiet, Loved the Pier.

This place turned out to be just what we needed. The condo had everything we needed for a family of four. It was very clean on arrival, and quick and easy to sweep the sand off the floors throughout the week (kids). The bed in the master was super comfortable. My favorite part was the pier right behind us. I woke up every morning to watch amazing sunrises in total peace. It was just so quiet and restorative. After dark, we’d walk out on the pier and look at the fish and crabs. The kids had fun using a net we bought catching and releasing little fish. The location on Siesta Key was awesome! Public beach access to Siesta beach and Crescent beach were just a mile away. Lido and Longboat Key were just a short drive too. We loved the Sarasota area too. Highly recommend the Ringling museum. My kids enjoyed it too, ages 8 and 4. You don’t need to be a circus fan to enjoy. Since Sarasota is centrally located, day trips to several areas are easy too. We visited Sanibel and Captiva Islands one day. So much fun shelling! Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

Outstanding location right on the bay

We loved everything about this place. It had all the necessary amenities. Loved that it had two full bathrooms which became his/her bathrooms. Location! Location! Location! So nice to wake up early in the morning and watch the sunrise on the dock and watch the boats pass by. We enjoyed ourselves so much we extended an extra night. would definitely stay again!

Very Comfortable

We stayed here for our Spring Break vacation. What a great place! Right on the Intercostal Waterway, a great view. Bay Oaks is conveniently located so easy access to beaches, restaurants & shops. The Trolley is so close to visit the Village. Siesta Key has the best beaches!! The water is beautiful. It was a wonderful trip!! Also, the owner is very friendly and easy to work with. Thanks for an amazing experience!!

My family had a great time at Bay Oaks. The unit is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities. The Murphy bed was all at up for us when we arrived. I loved the keyless entry. It was nice to not have to keep track of a key. Great views of the inter coastal. Pier is right outside the door.

Relaxing

This rental was perfect for our family. The rental was beautiful, and it was very well taken care of. We enjoyed spending time on the dock, and the view was amazing. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location, the trolly is a very helpful way to move around, the stop is right in from of the entry and takes 3 min to get to the entrance of Siesta Key beach and pick you up in the same spot. The house is equipped with all the neccesary to make your stay a nice and quiet one.

Great place, terrible hosting

All in all we enjoyed Bay Oaks. The property is well located and the environment was pleasant. This was my second time staying at the property and unfortunately will be my last. On the second day of our five night stay we realized that the washing machine was broken so we would have to use the on site laundry facility, an individual came out and blamed us for it not working when we hadn’t even touched the thing up to that point. Later that evening a man was drunk and disorderly at the pool and was making threats. The sheriffs department came and trespassed him from the property. At this time he made threats to return later and cause bodily harm to the individuals that were in the unit right next to ours. We didn’t feel safe so we asked for compensation in order to move to a different property. The manager offered us $50 dollars which was a slap in the face considering our $1600 booking. We vacated the room the next morning and made them aware. We were still charged the full amount despite only staying 2 nights. We tried multiple times to contact the host before we left to no avail. She completely ignored us for hours.

Perfect location, Everything we needed!

Our stay in the unit was wonderful. Property VERY clean, had all the essentials we could need. Loved everything about the unit! The only exception was both beds were very uncomfortable. We were surprised at how bad the beds were considering everything else had such an attention to detail.
